A tourist who arrives at Chia has to try the tasty local figs! You can buy figs and others fruits in the stalls along the streets. Sardinia's Myrtle is the liqueur most diffused in the island. It's obtained from the soaking of myrtle's berries in pure alcohol with honey or sugar. The myrtle's liqueur has tonic and digestive property, it's good to drink it when it's cold at the end of the meal. |
