You can reach the lighthouse only if you go on foot from a beach called "Cala Cipolla". You can do it in about ten minutes, there is 1 Km of mule-track. 

The lighthouse of "Capo Spartivento" is  out of sevice at the present time, it had a strong lightwave : the ships of passage  saw its light from   11 miles.
